I am delighted to welcome you in my charming 42 square meters apartment, located on the 1st floor without elevator, 5 minutes walk from the BEACH. It is composed of two bedrooms, an equipped kitchen, a shower room and can accommodate 3 people. You will stay near the Old Port and the Bonaparte Garden. Have a great vacation! :) \## Logement My apartment is minimalist, well-equipped, and will be perfectly suited for a tourist stay for 3 people. To access the accommodation, there is an unprotected staircase that is not suitable for young children. It consists of two beautiful bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, and a living room with a dining area and a television. During your stay, you will have access to: Wifi, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Microwave, Gas stove, Hood, Fridge + freezer. A professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler. My apartment is located near the Old Port (4 minutes on foot), and you will be ideally staying in the city center! Don't miss visiting the must-see places in Saint-Raphaël such as: The Basilica of Notre-Dame (3 minutes on foot), The San Rafeu Tower (7 minutes), and The Bonaparte Garden (5 minutes). The Estérel Trail and the Coastal Trail are just a 4-minute drive away for unforgettable walks and hikes. As for the most beautiful beaches, you will find: \- The magnificent Plage de la Tortue with an excellent restaurant just 8 minutes by car (pedestrian crossing under the railway from the post office, straight ahead after the Spar) \- La Plage du Veillât in the center of Saint-Raphaël (5 minutes on foot) \- The beach of Saint-Aygulf towards Saint-Aygulf (12 minutes by car) passing through Fréjus. For the rental of nautical equipment and accessories, Nautique Concept is a 5-minute drive away, and for sailing enthusiasts, the Saint Raphaël Nautical Club is also 5 minutes away. You can also enjoy other activities such as a boat ride, parasailing, or an afternoon of jet skiing! The neighborhood is quiet, and for your shopping, you will have the Marché Victor Hugo 4 minutes away by car, and a Monoprix 2 minutes away. Looking forward to welcoming you! \## Emplacement Once a fishing village, Saint-Raphaël is now a sports and cultural city as well as a seaside resort popular with tourists. The city offers a wide variety of landscapes and activities and is divided between the old town, the various ports and the beaches. The city extends over 36 kilometers of coastline and offers thirty beaches of fine sand or pebbles, from the city center to the borders of the Alpes-Maritimes. With all the pleasures of water activities such as sailing, swimming, fishing and diving, walks along the water, as well as a maritime archaeological museum.
