### Spacious cottage with private pool and pets allowed in Saint-Priest-la-Prugne

Gîte of 180 m² on the ground floor + first floor, large living room with dining area, lounge with fireplace, bay windows overlooking the grounds, 3 bedrooms (+ 1 extra bedroom with 1 bed 140), mezzanine with games / relaxation area and sofa bed, 2 bathrooms. Underfloor heating on the ground floor, electric heating (first floor), wood fireplace with wood provided. Possibility of cleaning package with supplement of 5 € if animals present in the gîte. For the latter, the private enclosed space allows them to go outside freely. Possibility of renting sheets from the owner. Ground floor and its bathroom adapted for people with reduced mobility. Outdoor and indoor games. Sheltered terrace with plancha. Carport. Indoor swimming pool in adjoining but independent premises (access from the outside). You will appreciate the calm, comfort and space, the exposed stones, beams and wooden floors. Year-round heated indoor pool (8x4) shared with the owner and private grounds of 200 m² (lawn and terrace). Located 1 km from the town center and its shops, the cottage, perfectly equipped for your comfort, is located in the countryside without being isolated. From the cottage, you can set out directly on foot, by bike, on horseback, or by any other means to discover the hiking trails and cross-country paths of the Pays d'Urfé. In winter, enjoy the ski resorts in the neighboring mountains. Outside, a climbing frame awaits the little ones (<10 years old), while a ping-pong table is available for older children. Its location allows you to explore (in less than an hour) the Forez region, the Auvergne region and its volcanoes, the Bourbonnaise Mountains, as well as the Roannais region, with its vineyards and charming villages.
