### Family Retreat with Garden, Near Leisure Activities

The Gîte des 2 puits is a beautiful family home! Located in the heart of the village of Saint-Poix, near the church, you'll appreciate its spacious living areas with warm decor. The four bedrooms offer twin and double beds, and two of them have a private bathroom and toilet. All ground-floor rooms open onto an enclosed garden.  
On hot summer days, you can enjoy the shade of the magnolia tree. The garden is equipped with a climbing frame, a trampoline, dining furniture, deckchairs, a barbecue, a ping-pong table, and games (pétanque, rackets, molky, and table football).  
Bicycles are available for loan upon request.  
Local shops and services are also available. Also discover the Guerche de Bretagne market (16 km). Saint Poix is ideally located for your outings: between the Robert Tatin Museum (12 km) with its monumental statues, and the Refuge de l'Arche, home to a thousand animals (35 min).  
The Rincerie leisure center, 12 minutes away, offers swimming, swing golf, a wake park, and more.  
Numerous hiking trails are nearby, as well as the Laval-Renazé greenway passing through Cossé-le-Vivien.

Fiberglass Wi-Fi throughout the accommodation - For your information: 300 Mbps reception/sending.  
Baby equipment: 1 travel cot, 1 bathtub, high chair and 1 changing mat - Please call ahead to prepare. Access to a large enclosed, tree-lined 700m² garden, garden furniture and deckchairs, charcoal barbecue. Children's swing set. Petanque and racket ball games. Ping-pong table. Trampoline. Children's table football.  
INCLUDED: Beds made upon arrival - Towels - Household linen.  
OPTION: Cleaning €100/stay from 1 to 14 nights (mandatory for professionals).
