Distant about 500 meters from beaches and all amenities (bakery, butcher, grocery, small casino, restaurants, ...), it is however located in a very quiet residential area. You will have a full bathroom with toilet, shower and sink, a bedroom with double bed 140X190 with separate wardrobe (or not) of living space by a wall hanging and a kitchen veranda. This studio is located in a particular house. Its independent entrance makes you completely independent of the owners without, however, immerse yourself in the crush of a building. You can also have a small private terrace for your meals and sunbathing. A closed room is also at your disposal (bicycles, stroller, ...). Located 60 meters above sea level, the studio offers a breathtaking view of the sea and the surrounding area of Toulon, La Garde, Le Pradet, ... Do not be surprised either if during your stay, you see passing submarines, other military buildings and even ... the aircraft carrier Charles de Gaulle. St Mandrier, there are beautiful walks, small coves, diving wrecks or coral reefs, a sailing school, small restaurants, bistros on the port, weekly markets, ... And wonderful getaways in the back country Var.
