It is stocked with everything you need for your stay. Even the outside is decorated with old-time items. There is plenty of wood for the indoor fireplace and the outdoor fire pit. Waking up with the birds in the morning and lots of firefly’s at night. The fire pit outside was perfect. Fully stocked with everything you need. About 7-10 min drive to floating resort. The first night we got there, we didn’t want to that much further, so we called the host and he recommended a couple places super close, where you could get in the river and not be surrounded by a lot of people. Again, perfect! Would highly recommend this place! Also, take a 4 wheel drive or a car that’s not low to the ground to get you around some loose/deep gravel, especially if it’s rained a lot. We had a great time. I would say we are an easy group to please, though and I'm glad we all get along so well. The main bedroom has two nice beds, but they are three feet apart with no divider and a shared bathroom, so you have to be close with whoever sleeps up there with you. There was a hot tub listed on VRBO but we did not find one, not that it mattered to us. The main shower is very small, but it worked out well for all of us.
