The entrance to the house gives access to the living room, a convivial space with a sofa, a 60-inch TV and a table for meals. The pellet stove heats the space in winter.
The room communicates directly with the fully equipped kitchen, which has a large worktop.
A small patio makes the transition to the garden where you can enjoy the private swimming pool which is often at a temperature above 28 degrees, of course you can relax on the deckchairs, eat on the terrace in the shade of the parasol, and grill well on the barbecue.
There is a shower room with toilet on the first floor.
The three bedrooms are upstairs, two bedrooms with 140X190 beds and the last one with a 160X200 bed a large format TV and a shower cubicle.
Bed linen and towels are provided for the stay.
