Way better than 2*

Fantastic little hotel, owner / manager always on hand, Jean the receptionist is amazing, nothing is a problem. Just refurbished, food is cooked on site from scratch and you can tell. Only thing that isn’t was bread and they admitted that. All staff were excellent, great bar, ski in ski out. Pool, loads of hot water, comfy beds.

La struttura è un gioiellino nel cuore delle Alpi della Savoia. La nostra camera era pronta ben due ore prime rispetto all'orario previsto per il check-in e la direttrice ha un'energia contagiosa. Il personale parla diverse lingue, ci ha messo a nostro agio ed è stato sempre attento. La camera è ampia, pulita e dotata di diversi asciugamani. La struttura dispone di una piscina interna panoramica con piccole vasche, di cui una con acqua più calda rispetto alla piscina principale e due vasche idromassaggio. Inoltre è presente un bar con ottimi vini della zona e un ristorante con una scelta ridotta di piatti (pizza, burger, un'entree e due piatti principali) che potrebbe essere migliorato (eviterei la pizza e introdurrei magari taglieri con prodotti della zona e secondi). La colazione ottima, con prodotti freschi locali. Unico neo: la preautorizzazone in caso di danni, motivata dalla presenza di un bambino, non elegantissima, ma in tanti paesi è consuetudine.

Une semaine très réussie

Super séjour. Semaine " hors saison" calme et conviviale à l'ambiance très familiale. Le dîner ( entrée, plat, dessert) servi à table était excellent tout comme le petit déjeuner simple mais bon. À noter la gentillesse de tout le personnel " managé" par Jean, adorable et très professionnel. L'hôtel est idéalement placé, départ et arrivée skis aux pieds. Une semaine vraiment très réussie.

Super séjour !

Excellent séjour dans cet établissement entièrement rénové à l'intérieur; chambre avec tout le confort; parties communes ( bar avec cheminée, restaurant ) très agréables, avec piscine, jacuzzi, et ski-room, directement accessibles de l'intérieur. (Seul bémol: pas d'ascenseur). Mais surtout accueil fantastique, tant par le directeur lui-même (super-sympa +++), que par l'ensemble du personnel, très motivé et aux petits soins pour les clients; bravo aussi au chef du restaurant (repas de demi-pension digne d'une carte classique). De plus, accès direct de l'hôtel à la piste de ski passant derrière, à côté d'une caisse de remontées mécaniques et du départ d'un télésiège, ainsi que de l'arrêt de la navette gratuite desservant l'ensemble de la station: pas de voiture à prendre ! Au total, établissement méritant nettement mieux que ses deux étoiles et à recommander vivement. Pour notre part, nous y retournerons !!
