Only 20 minutes and 13km away from Annecy, Saint-Eustache (74 410) is a village located on the heights of Saint-Jorioz and is renowned for offering one of the most beautiful perspectives of Lake Annecy and its surrounding mountains. The magnificent Bauges mountain range and ski resorts are nearby. Nestled on the south-western side of Lake Annecy, this property is situated at an altitude of 850 metres and highlights an impressive view. The quality of the air at this altitude will contribute to your well-being and allow you to enjoy pleasant summer evenings. The Takapuna Suite can accommodate 4-6 people in a 76 m2 area located on the ground floor of this architect-designed villa built in 2023\. This villa is composed of the Takapuna Suite and the Takapuna Loft (6 people) upstairs. The Takapuna Loft and Suite can be rent at the same time for larger groups.
