Main room: living area with a low sideboard, table with 4 chairs, wall-mounted TV, 140cm sofa bed, and fridge-freezer. Separate, fully equipped kitchen: 4-burner ceramic hob and oven, washing machine (2025), electric coffee maker, microwave, etc. Pantry with ample storage, cleaning kit, stepladder, and vacuum cleaner. One bedroom separated by a curtain with a 140cm bed, wardrobe, and sea view. Bathroom with toilet. Functional, partially renovated, and attractively decorated.
