With its 210 square meters of living space each will find its place. Located in a quiet and very sunny area you can enjoy the terrace, garden and outdoor jacuzzi in peace. Located just 650 meters from the start of the ski slopes and 150 meters from the shuttle stop, you are at the heart of the Serre Chevalier Vallée ski resort. We propose to deliver the ski passes directly to the chalet, and to make you benefit according to the periods of advantageous rates. The cottage has been completely refurbished and has been available for rent since July 2017. Feel free to contact me about rates that may vary according to periods and not be accurate on the site. I will answer you as soon as possible. The Melezor cottage, conceived for your holydays can host up to 16 people (+2 people on the sofa). Thanks to icts 210 square meter there will be plenty of space for everyone. The peacefull neigborhood and the sunny hire will allow you to enjoy the patio, backyard and hot tub. Only located 650 meters away from the ski area and 150 meter away from the bus stop, you will be in the center of Serre Chevalier Valley 1350. We offer you ski pass at home: no waiting at the ski pass desk! and sometimes we can have favorable rate. A fantastic place with lots of space, well appointed with kitchen items, and plenty of privacy. Feb 6, 2019 #### Chalet au Top ! Le Chalet est magnifique, exposé plein Sud il est baigné de lumière et offre une vue splendide sur les montagnes et la piste Luc Alphand. Nous sommes venus en famille, nous étions 12 adultes et 3 enfants et nous y étions très à l’aise le chalet est suffisamment spacieux et bien agencé. Mention +++ pour le Bain Nordique extérieur qui fait un bien fou après une journée de ski, on peut y être jusqu’à 6 adultes sans problème... Le chalet est à moins de 10 minutes à pied des remontées tout en étant au calme bref l’emplacement est idéal. Cerise sur le gâteau les propriétaires, Laurie et Tony, sont super sympas et sont d’excellents moniteurs de Ski. Un très grand merci à eux et à tout le travail qu’ils ont accomplis pour rénover ce chalet, grâce à eux nous avons passé un super séjour à Serre Chevalier et avons réussi à descendre la Luc Alphand en entier sans tomber 😉 !!! ##### Lionel C. Le chalet de Laurie est fantastique, spacieux et décoré avec un goût parfait. Dès que l'on entre, on s'y sent parfaitement bien. Grâce aux nombreuses chambres, chacun y trouve sa place et a le plaisir de retrouver toute la tribu autour d'un bon feu de cheminée ou d'une grande tablée. Par ailleurs, la cuisine ouverte fait que les "Chefs" ne sont pas isolés...Et n'oublions pas le bain suédois, qui après le ski, fait un bien incroyable, adieu les courbatures! Déjà la deuxième fois que nous venons et à chaque fois le week-end passe trop vite :( Le chalet est splendide, bien équipé et spacieux pour un prix très raisonnable.
