### La Promenade, T4 in secure residence

This charming 3-bedroom apartment, located on the 1st floor of a building with an elevator, offers the perfect setting for a pleasant stay. The fully equipped kitchen opens up to a spacious and bright living room, with a TV lounge area on one side and a desk on the other, ideal for relaxing or working. The apartment has 3 bedrooms: a master suite with a double bed, one bedroom with a double bed (140×190 cm), and the last one with two single beds, ensuring maximum comfort for everyone.  
  
The beautiful modern bathroom features a shower, double sink, and towel warmer. The toilets are separate for added convenience.  
  
For your comfort, coffee, shower gel, shampoo, as well as bed linen and bath towels are provided, allowing you to fully enjoy your stay without any worries. A functional and practical accommodation, perfect for relaxing or exploring the city in comfort!  
  
From the train station:  
  
on foot: 17 minutes  
By car: 6 minutes  
by transport: 12 minutes  
  
No parking included in the rental of the accommodation but possibility to park on the street (paid, free at lunchtime, and free from 6 pm to 9 am the next day)

This accommodation is ideally located in a quiet and secure area, just 100 metres from the Parc des Promenades, Place St Michel and the Lycée Ernest Renan. You will enjoy the tranquility of a peaceful setting while being close to all the essential amenities. Only a few minutes walk from the city center, you will have easy access to shops, restaurants and local attractions. In addition, the train station is nearby, making it easy to get around. A perfect location for a stay combining comfort, amenities and city exploration!
