Owner Vince was warm, friendly, and gave us excellent travel and food recommendations. The location at the start of the Cabot Trail is perfect, and the Atlantic Ocean views from our room were absolutely stunning. The room décor is dated, but it has the cozy feel of a sleepover at Grandma’s house. It is not a draw if you were just passing by the motel on the road looking for a place to stay. Had a lovely view of the water from our window. But it’s clean and budget friendly. And you’re looking out over the water from your room or right outside. The owners were hilarious and shared multiple ideas of things to do and see on the Cabot trail that we not have otherwise known.
