Rustic House in the Pyrenees, ideal for families

Escape to the Pyrenees at El Pajar I, a cozy cottage in the quiet village of Senegüé. This rustic retreat is ideal for those looking to hike, ski, or relax in a natural setting. Just 30 minutes from the Panticosa ski resort and 37 km from Formigal, it’s perfect for both winter and summer getaways.

El Pajar I is a two-story apartment that offers comfort and rustic charm. It features a fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioned bedrooms on the upper floor, oil-fired heating, and a private garage. Guests have access to all amenities, including the garden, garage, and bed linens and towels.

The village of Senegüé is surrounded by nature, with a bar and restaurant 100 meters away and a supermarket 5 km away. Additionally, Huesca is a 45-minute drive away and Zaragoza is a 75-minute drive away.

Layout of the house:

First floor: double bedroom (double bed) and full bathroom (small 45x45 shower)
Upper floor: double bedroom (twin beds) and half-bath.
The accommodation includes towels, a cleaning kit, and toilet paper. Help is available if you need assistance.

We have baby gates. If you’re traveling with young children, you can request them when making your reservation, and we’ll set them up before your arrival.
Extra guest after check-in: 60€/day.

The house must be left tidy; otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are NOT allowed. Failure to comply will result in a penalty of 250 euros.

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. This will result in a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of neighboring residents must be respected.
Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is mandatory to complete the guest registration form as required by Spanish accommodation authorities, providing the information from your DNI or passport via the link we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will incur the following charges:
10 € for small towels
20 € for large towels
10 € for sheets
30 € for a duvet cover

Damage to or breakage of the lock on the front door of the accommodation will result in a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or failure toreturn of any key or remote control for the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage occurring during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always enter the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can resolve.

We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the accommodations.
