Joker Card/Guest Mobility Ticket, WLAN, close to World Ski Championship slope (400m) Comfortably furnished apartment, located on the outskirts of Hinterglemm, with a view of the mountains from the balcony. Due to the top location to the gondolas, the (ski) bus, bars and restaurants (all about 250 m to 400 m away), as well as to the town center, holidaymakers can (almost) do everything on foot. The well-designed, appealing apartment with 2 sleeping areas is designed for 5 people. 1 bedroom with 2 beds is separated from the living area by a curtain, the second The bedroom is an independent room, with a door separated from the rest of the living area and equipped with 3 beds. In addition, the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (without dishwasher) for self-catering, as well as an elegant bathroom; in the center of the apartment is the living-dining area with balcony. The apartment does not currently have W-LAN (There is no WIFI available in our apartment), but the ski area has many free WIFI hotspots that the mountain railways provide free of charge. A private parking space belonging to the apartment and a large lockable cellar for water or Winter sports equipment or bikes are just as much a part of this as the rushing torrent of the torrent next door. The small country road that goes past the house ends after a few kilometers at the end of the valley. Despite all the activities that the place offers, the apartment is a place of rest. In summer there is plenty of space around the house for children to play outdoors. Das Apartment ist wie beschrieben. Es ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber alles sehr zweckmäßig. Das konnte man aber im Vorfeld bei der Buchung an den Fotos gut erkennen. Der Vermieter ist super bemüht und extrem hilfsbereit, auch wenn er nicht vor Ort ist. TOP! ##### Mario W. Séjour de 6 nuits en juillet 2023 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Michael S. 9 juin 2023 Points forts : Propreté #### Ideal für einen Biketrip mit Freunden Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Familie Engelbert. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Das Badezimmer und die Betten ziemlich neu, der Rest ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen aber in einwandfreiem Zustand. An Küchenuntensilien, Gewürzen etc war alles ausreichend vorhanden. Der Bike-/Skikeller ist groß genug und es gibt dort auch genügend Möglichkeiten die Bikes anzuschließen. Bis zum 12er-Kogel (Z-Line), Kohlmais (Proline) und Westgipfel (Hackelberg und Bergsatdltrail) sind es mit dem Bike jeweils nur wenige Minuten. Danke Familie Engelbert, bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt kommen wir gerne wieder. ##### Michael S. Die Wohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen, es war exakt so, wie vorab Kommuniziert. Schöne, gemütliche und gepflegte Wohnung.
