  • Welcome to this charming house in Ruston, LA. This house was built in the early 1900's, but has be updated with modern day amenities. This property features 2 units

    Unit A has 3 bedrooms (2 king- size beds, 1 queen- size, a set of bunk beds and 2 let-outs), 2 baths, sunroom, jacuzzi tub, and dining room.


    Guests will have plenty of space to freshen up after a day of exploring. Experience the tremendous comfort and relaxation this house has to offer. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.

Spacious with great amenities and opportunities for excellent interactions with guests and family members. Restricted access to television and local TV, must rely on your own streaming capability. Large outdoor area including porches and yard space. All in all, a very good property, well maintained with easy access to local eateries, activities, universities, etc.

Property was prefect. Host was amazing, came out after 10 pm to check on a minor issue. Had issue fixed by 9am the next morning. Very efficient.

House was clean. Only thing I wasn’t crazy about, is it’s a split house. Other people were upstairs, but luckily they were extremely nice people. House was huge, and could sleep plenty. 1/2 mile from downtown.
