Perfect place for Europapark

This is our second time staying at the hotel and the service was just as good. Nice, clean rooms; good breakfast; and a location perfect for visiting Europapark.

I liked the cleanliness and the staff we could see rulantica and the black forest from our sky light. The breakfast was nice with cold meats, cereals eggs and beans and rolls and pastries. We got free parking but didn't have a car so used the free shuttle bus which saved us about 5 minutes walk to Europa park and the whole way to rulantica. And was walking distance to Lidl and ekida however ekida closed quite early.

Amazing personnel but old furniture

Amazing personnel, room was clean, breakfast is sufficient. Furtiture is very old and shall be renovated a few years ago already, matresses are too soft and not super comfortable (although for 3 days of staying it was OK). Overall good place of stay in case budget is very tight. Otherwise - look better for other options.

Walking distance to Europa Park and food. Right next to grocery stores. Upper rooms are hot in the summer, even with the provided fan. The upper floor is stuffy with little airflow. Showerhead was dirty.

The property was a shocker to us upon arrival. Entry to our room - Suite felt like a zombie movie with complete darkness in the alley and around (light bulbs not working). Fans were broken and the bathroom doors really rusted. The staff had arranged the fans later upon request but the rooms kept offering a bad vibe.

We stayed with my son to go to Europa Park. Restaurant on site is really good! It feels more like a dorm but it was fine except we had to lug all our luggage up the stairs to get to our room.

Stayed for a trip to europa park good location 15/20 mins walk to the park a short walk to hotel bell rock so you can get the shuttle bus to the water park the guest house was clean breakfast was great only problem i had was that the shower height adjust was broken and wouldn't stay fixed at a higher point pro tip you can leave the park though the spanish gate but not enter makes the walk back a lit shorter especially if you cut though hotel bell rock would absolutely recommend the guest house for a trip to europa park

Alles war super. Bei Anreise nach 12.00 uhr war es sehr unkompliziert da der Schlüssel in einem Tresor war und man dann einfach ins zimmer gehen konnte. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und frisch, wenn man gleich am morgen da ist sind die Brötchen noch warm, Auswahl ist auch mehr als genug. Die Zimmer waren für unseren Aufenthalt ausreichend, wir waren 2 Nächte. Wir hatten für unsere Kinder ein Stockbett. Das Restaurant am Hotel haben wir nicht benutzt war aber sehr gut besetzt. Anreise zum Rulantica und Europapark ist innerhalb von 5 Minuten.

Prettig verblijf naast Europapark. Kluiscode was gemaild,konden zo de sleutel pakken. Handig! Alles netjes. Ontbijt met allerlei keus. Niet groots maar prima. Restaurant bij gasthuis Aziatisch. Moet je van houden. Heb een waterkoker of koelkastje op de kamer gemist. Zo kon je niks drinken behalve kraanwater. Er stond een ventilator. Erg fijn aangezien het 35 graden was. Wel jammer dat s'nachts het raam niet open kon vanwege het rolluik. Dus of warmte of om half 6 klaarwakker door het licht. Lidl op 2 minuten lopen. Europapark is een stuk lopen naar de hoofdingang. Geen zin in na een hele dag park dus toch maar de auto, 4 minuten. Rijd ook een bus. Gasthaus am Wasserpark is een aanrader. Simpel maar doeltreffend.

Een kleine voorziening met een 35 tal kamers. De kamers zijn boven een hooischuur gemaakt, dus als je de trap op gaat naar de kamer reuk je het hooi wel. Er is geen lift, Je moet je valiezen dus de trap op dragen. Geen accomodatie voor rolstoelgebruikers dus. Er is geen airco, dus tijdens een hittegolf is het er snikheet. Niet zo aangenaam om te slapen. Beddengoed en handdoeken waren proper en voldoende aanwezig. Verder een basic kamer. Geen frigootje voorhanden. De matrassen waren niet van een goede kwaliteit. Het ontbijt was wel in orde. Voldoende variatie. Personeel aan de balie was steeds vriendelijk. Ligt op 20 minuten wandelen van Europapark.
