Christmas in Ruidoso

We had a wonderful time spending Christmas with our children and grandchildren in this mountain home. There was space for everyone to share the same space for meals and games but also to find a quiet corner for reading or drinking a beverage. It was very well equipp and we were able to cook and sit down together for our meals including Christmas dinner. We especially enjoyed the daily elk visits, the hot tub, and the beautiful setting. Kristen was an excellent communicator and was quick to help us when we had questions.

Our stay was very comfortable, managment was great with communication. There were some details that were left out in the listing about the 4th bedroom being downstairs outside, separate from the main living area. We could not get the coffee maker to work, a sanitation issue. Managment responded quickly and took care of the issues immediatly. Reccomended, very comfortable, quiet, wild life showed up everyday.

Beautiful home, great instructions left visible for us, outdoor patio so inviting. However, there’s room for improvement especially within the kitchen area. Grime & stickiness on cabinets & it needs more kitchen towels & knives that actually cut/slice. Otherwise a nice comfy home.

Girls Trip 2023

The house was nice. I just wish that someone from the property would have answered me. I ended up calling EVOLVE and they were able to help me with the questions we had. I also would recomend leaving a pass code to your guests instead of having actual keys. There were so many keys and only 2 worked for the doors to let us in. The house itself is nice, we had a good time, and its in a nice location. *You can not use the garage to park your car in like at other houses. Just a heads up.

Trying to be accurate

Living room carpet filthy looking. No shower soap. Thermostat downstairs difficult. So many obligations put on the client yet with a little effort this home could be so much better. Lot of pluses for this place but I would be ashamed for people to stay here if it were mine. Really it’s just the little stuff that makes the difference. If you are not too particular it’s a great place. Most would overlook what I’m talking about I guess. It’s just an indictment of the lack of concern of the owner and management. I’m olderand have tolerated things like this all my life and didn’t think much about it. Now it chaps my A. It’s what this whole country is becoming. The clean and concerning culture is leaving and guess why. You guess. I know. You impose many obligations on the guest so why don’t you make your own bed. I picked this place for four of my friends Anyway, only fool me once at my stage of life.

Nice 4 bedroom house with ample parking for several cars. It has 3 bathrooms and a nice tub in the master to relax in. It is easy to find and not too far from town. There is a private bedroom downstairs with its own access, a mini fridge and coffee pot. It has two patios and a wonderful view. We had four couples in our group and there was plenty of room.

Very Nice property. Check in was simple. Directions to access the keys were clear and accurate. Dishes needed re washing from prior tenants, and outside grill has seen it's better days. The grill smoked terrible and don't try touching the dials when on -HOT HOT HOT. Overall Home was excellent for family get away.

Great location, nice floorplan, enjoyed staying in the home. Saw deer and elk on the property. very cool. Nice playground in the subdivision. The home could have been cleaner. The dishes and utensils were not clean and are very dated. Lots of mix and match. Outdoor furniture needs to be replaced. Convenient to all around Ruidoso.

A+++ Home away from home

Beautiful, comfortable home in a beautiful safe/quiet neighborhood, easily accessible to town and ski Apache with all the amenities of home (cooking and lounging). Family of 9 with plenty of space inside and outside. we loved it !!!

Awesome Property With All Necessities

This home had ample space needed for a large family. It’s location in a quiet community where deer and elk walk through. Just a few miles to shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. We hope to stay here again, as it had everything we needed (towels, sheets, dishes, cookware, etc.). Thank you for having us.

Everything was great, would definitely stay again. I have no problem of recommending this place to anybody. However if I had to find anything wrong it would be the stove may need to be replaced. And the pots and pans have seen better days. Team leader Neal was super. One other concern is the price was considerably lower for the week following our stay.
