« We stayed in room 237 which is directly across from the stairwell. Cold air gushed up the stairs and into our room. There was no good way to regulate the temperature. We have stayed at this hotel many times and have never had problems. However I will never stay in that room again. »

« The hotel was a bit pricey and the hotel wasn't really a 5 I found the toilet very low at 70 year old also the room was located over a area where there was a constant vibration which could be felt in the bed and we were on the 4th floor »

« Friendly staff, good location »

« The building is starting to show some wear. It was kept clean but our rooms closet door was falling apart. The pool was very nice and our kids loved the slide and hot tub. Breakfast was available but one of the waffle makers wasn’t working. Options were somewhat limited. »

« A really magnificent departure from the mid-range, vanilla hotels that we business travelers frequent. You'll experience coolness overload when you stay here. The rooms are very comfortable and well appointed and the communal areas are stunning in a way that fans of Gustav Stickley, Teco, Weller, etc won't easily forget. The breakfast was superb too. The only drawback-It was really hot, and the A/C in this old girl couldn't keep up. Luckily there was a large fan in the room. Walking...

« I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Wausau! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The food was delicious, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. My room was comfortable and spotless, making it easy to relax. Thank you to the entire team for such a pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again! »

« Great hotel. Clean room and great kitchenette. Good breakfast( pancakes, waffles, eggs(boiled and scrambled) cereal, sausage, yogurt, pastries, bread, etc.) Wish the pool was a little cooler, hot tub was hot. One negative, the mattress…I felt like I was sleeping directly on the springs. »

« Outdated. Pool just adequate. Hotel restaurant just ok. »

« Loved the warm pool and hot tub. Room was clean besides the blood stain on a sheet. Breakfast was very simple, yogurt, cereal, sausage patty’s and egg patty’s. The pool table and several other games were out of order, kind of a bummer. »

« Great breakfast... »

« Had a very early flight and staff made arrangements to get me there in time for me to feel comfortable. »

« Hôtel situé dans une zone commerciale facile d'accès. Très propre et chambre vaste. Petit déjeuner simple mais complet. Rien à reprocher »

« No hair dryer, cops driving through the parking lot, had to crawl through my passenger door, to get into my car, the person next to me parked so close, I couldn't open my door. For one night it is OK. »
