May 24, 2019We were close to the palace on May 17th for their Independence Day celebration. Wonderful parade, beautiful costumes and marching bands, a true children’s day.

Beautiful location set along a beautiful park, 1 block from the harbor. Plenty of dining, shopping & things to do nearby. Staff was super friendly & helpful. I had a Parkview room and didn't really hear any noise even though they set up for the King of Denmark's procession that went right past the hotel!!!

Excellent high quality hotel with great spa and breakfast. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful with the exception of the front desk. They were overwhelmed, unprofessional and disorganized. They were understaffed and the desk area was too small for a hotel of this size.
