"This was such a great place to stay! We are a family of 5 and tend to avoid hotels as much as possible because they don't fit us too well. But we were really happy with the room sizes and options. Everyone slept comfortably and the pool was a hit for the kids too! Will definitely stay again!"

"Staff were nice and room’s were clean overall but some of the amenities weren’t working like ice machine on our floor, our TV, and Wi-Fi was spotty too. For waters or bottled drinks, there aren’t any vending machines on the room floors so you have to ask for them at the front desk. It’s located in a convenient spot in downtown Tacoma with the T-line station and bus stations being very walkable."

"We just stayed here for one night and it was all you want in a hotel room. Very clean, good gym and pool, good stations on TV, and very comfortable beds. I really liked how nice the shower and bathrooms were too. Not to mention it is a very nice casino. I will stay there again when I get the chance."

"The overall experience was good. We stayed here 3 nights. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was pretty comparable to most other continental breakfasts - waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, oats, etc. Housekeeping is by request only. The garbage cans in the room are extremely small and don't include any extra bags. The mini fridge is only a fridge so don't buy any frozen foods (i.e., ice cream). We learned the hard way."
