We offer you this one-bedroom flat, located on the 4th floor of a secure residence, right next to the magnificent Jardin des Plantes. Le Solent offers you a trip to the seaside that combines practicality and comfort. Enjoy its pleasant, bright living room with sofa bed, coffee table, television and WIFI. The open-plan kitchen is fitted and equipped with everything you need to feel at home and enjoy a delicious meal: microwave, hob, extractor fan, storage space, basic equipment, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, etc... The bedroom promises peaceful moments with its 180x200 double bed, storage space and desk area. A cot and high chair are provided free of charge with this accommodation. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, hairdryer, heated towel rail and WC. There is also a washing machine, drying rack, ironing board and iron. Ideal for a tourist or professional stay, this accommodation offers all the comfort you need for a pleasant stay in Rouen, with easy street parking and close proximity to public transport. The flat is well served by public transport, making it easy to get around Rouen. From Rouen-Rive-Droite station, take the metro to the ‘Europe’ stop. Access to the city centre: The flat is about 10-15 minutes from the city centre by bus or metro, with stops nearby to take you directly to Rouen's main attractions such as Notre-Dame Cathedral, Place du Vieux-Marché, or the quays of the Seine. \## Notes Please note that the residence has a lift and that the flat is located on the 4th floor. Arrivals are via the ArchiDuchesse keymaster from 16:00 to 20:00 and departures must be no later than 11:00. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10am to 9pm). In the flat, all our guests receive household linen, basic necessities for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) as well as a large towel per person, together with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom.
