The flat is on the 4th floor and does not have an elevator. The kitchen area is fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, 4 hotplates, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and all crockery and cooking utensils. The living area includes a comfortable sofa bed, a large television, a coffee table, a dining table for 4 and a fold-out console for reading or working. The bedroom is separated by a glass roof with a double bed and opaque curtains for privacy. The modern shower room has a shower, WC, vanity unit and washing machine. The accommodation benefits from WIFI. Shops are located right next to the flat (launderette to clean and dry your clothes, bakery, etc...). Free parking is available in the Rue d'Ernemont, close to the property. Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort. No private parking is available with the accommodation. However, you will be able to park your vehicle in the streets surrounding the accommodation according to the rates in force in the town. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, which is available 7 days a week from 10am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 9pm. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation, respecting the premises and the neighbours.
