This pretty brick house, spread over three floors, offers comfort and convenience and will meet all your needs during your stay in Rouen, whether you are here for business or pleasure! Take advantage of the free parking in front of the house or in the surrounding streets and reach Rouen city centre for shopping or dining in 15 minutes on foot. You can also use public transport to get around: bus lines are a 2-minute walk away and the underground is 7 minutes away. Welcome to Les Agapanthes! Climb ten steps to reach the entrance of the house and immediately enjoy the pleasant living room with sofa, coffee table and television. The extendable table is ideal for convivial meals. On the same level and extending from the living room, discover the fitted and equipped kitchen, which offers all the comforts you need to prepare your meals (kettle, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator, hob, etc.). The kitchen offers direct access to the 10 m² garden with its terrace, where you can enjoy the Normandy sunshine, organise a barbecue or simply relax in the open air. At the bottom of the garden, the annex (bedroom 4) offers a 20 m² living room with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and an additional sofa bed. Finally, next to the kitchen, you will find a bathroom with WC. On the first floor, you will find a bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm). This floor also has a 6 m² laundry room, ideal for a dressing room or for setting up a travel cot to accommodate a young child. A shower room completes this floor. The second floor has two bedrooms. The first has a double bed (140x190 cm) and the second has two single beds. In the latter bedroom, you will also find an extra bed for one person, which can be placed next to the other single bed for an additional fee. Each bedroom is equipped with storage space for your personal belongings, providing a private and comfortable space for all occupants. Take advantage of the cot, changing mat and baby bath provided free of charge in the accommodation, much to the delight of parents! In order to reduce costs for small groups, the use of the third single bed in the bedroom and the sofa bed in the annex is offered as an option. A flat fee of €15 per bed is charged for the provision of sheets and towels. If you choose the linen option, please inform the concierge by message: you will then receive an access code to collect what you need. Bed linen and towels (for 8 people) are provided in the accommodation for your convenience, but at an additional cost. You can also bring your own sheets and towels, and the accommodation can sleep up to 11 people! There is no private parking available with the accommodation. However, you can park your vehicle for free in the surrounding streets. Nov 14, 2025 #### Maison située dans un quartier calme mais loin de toute commodités Nous avons séjournés dans ce logement pour 4 nuits. Très belle vue de la ville de la maison il faut le souligner tout de même. La maison a besoin d'un petit rafraichissement dans l'ensemble. Le quartier est très calme mais loin de toute commodités et puis il faut être sportif pour arpenter la côte pentue qui vous mène au logement. Vous pouvez compter sur la conciergerie en cas de problème. L'équipe est très disponible et réactive. Oct 15, 2025 #### Super petite maison Logement vraiment charmant situé en haut d’une petite coline et bien équipé même si la logique de rangement est parfois improbable. Nous avons passé un super séjour. Tout était très propre et comme indiqué sur l’annonce. Les lits sont confortables. Jun 21, 2025 #### Parenthèse de sérénité aux Agapanthes J’ai eu le plaisir de séjourner à la maison Les Agapanthes à Rouen, C’est un logement parfaitement entretenu et au-delà de la qualité des équipements, ce qui m’a particulièrement marquée, c’est l’atmosphère qui s’en dégage. La maison respire la sérénité : on s’y sent bien dès les premiers instants. Il y règne une belle énergie, propice au repos, à la concentration ou au ressourcement, selon les besoins du moment.
