Location
La réservation a été annulée le lendemain par le professionnel et j’ai pris connaissance la veille car par de nouvelles de mon paiement, le professionnel Belvilla a prétexté qu’il n’y avait plus de logements, nous avons dû cherché un autre logement 3 heures avant le départ. Honteux comment pouvez-vous accepter de telles annonces mensongères car non disponibles.

Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt
Der Park ist noch sehr neu und modern ausgestattet. Unsere Lodge war modern und innen mit allem ausgestattet was man brauchte. Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich, alles war gut durchdacht und organisiert. Zwei Kritikpunkte: 1. der Außenbereich der Lodge war ungepflegt, überall Disteln, nichts gemäht und es gab keine Essmöglichkeit draußen. Das war schade! 2. die Checkout-Zeit ist in einem Familienpark sportlich bemessen mit 10 Uhr. Da wären 1-2h länger angemessen.
