There was construction of the street out front of the hotel, but it did not impact the quietness of the rooms. The facility was unusual. It was a bit obscure to find as there were no large signs as we are used to here in the states so we almost missed it. I found it a bit unusual to have to take the elevator to the second floor to check in. The check in area was small and pretty crowded when we got there. The staff was amazing. So friendly and smiling all the time. I can't say enough about how great they all were! The breakfast was great! Very crowded but that is a great thing to see the hotel was servicing so many people. One of my biggest surprises was how small and compact the room was. It was sufficient but was very very small. The bathroom was beautiful but being on the first floor the drain did not drain very quickly. Over all I would stay there again but I would be prepared for the small room and possible business at the counter. I would like to have been able to give it 4.5 stars!

The location is closed to Rotterdam station Centre, only 5-6 minutes walk. The room is pretty big for 2 adults. We're very happy for staying in this hotel. We'll definitely stay here again!

The location is fabulous — it took us just 4 minutes to walk to Rotterdam Train Station for trains to Amsterdam Airport or nearby towns. The whole walk is under cover, so rain isn't a worry at all. Super convenient. The hotel is quite new and the room was spotless. The only thing missing was a luggage rack, but the front desk sent one up right away. The internet wasn't working in our room that night, but we could head down to the lobby to get online. The price including breakfast was a big bonus — no need to pay extra or go elsewhere to eat in the morning. The construction outside the hotel didn't affect us at all. Taxis can drop you off just 20 meters away on the right. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to friends visiting Rotterdam.
