#### Casual tropical elegance

Casual tropical elegance, we loved the house, it was comfortable, well appointed with everything we needed to you have a great vacation. The property managers Immediately took care of a couple of issues upon arrival. They were very easy to communicate with And attentive. We love the Rotunda West area, it is quiet but very conveniently located to beautiful beaches, the bike trail, Myakka river for kayaking and general relaxing. The pool was warm and inviting. We definitely recommend this vacation choice.

#### Three Week Stay in Rotunda West, Florida

House was spacious, big kitchen & master bath. Pool was so warm & outside lanai great for reading & relaxing. Easy access to local golf courses & beaches, shopping, & restaurants. Plus easy to cook breakfast & meal in now & then. Property manager was quick to respond to request for some light bulbs and many amenities present in the house. Had a great stay!

#### Covid Caution Spring Break

I wanted a week where the kiddos could do their remote schooling and then hop in the pool. The house was everything I'd hoped. Wifi held up with 4 remote learners. Pool handled 3 teenagers and their tag-along little brother jumping into inner tubes. The house was well stocked & communication with the property manager was very swift! The garage is full of beach umbrellas & chairs, so that was an added perk!
