Waterfront Guest Accommodation

8/10 Good

"everything was clean and nice enough, but manage your expectations, it's still very much dated student accommodation. plus there seems to be a disagreement with the local council over the parking situation."

Beautiful location with sea views & beach close by.

10/10 Excellent

"Great home away from home. Absolutely loved staying here. Location is fabulous with gorgeous views and two beachs on the doorstep. Beds and sofas are super comfy and very spacious for two families. Bute is gorgeous and we thoroughly loved exploring. Only feedback would be that it would have been great to have some essentials in the house such as soap, a dishcloth and washing up liquid. Easy enough to go out and buy however. Thanks for a great stay!"

Red Squirrel, Stevenston by Marston's Inns

8/10 Good

"I use this hotel often and it’s the first time I’ve had an issue - no towels in the room. I couldn’t be bothered walking all the way over to reception and carrying a hand towel as I do, I got by. It’s an oversight but I’ll be using the hotel again. Mistakes happen. Room 204."

Ardencaple Hotel by Greene King Inns

8/10 Good

"The room was clean and bed comfortable. Nice decor in the room. Evening meal food was excellent. Breakfast was disappointing, not cooked to the same standard of the evening food. Dog friendly. Huge carpark. Fabulous position with views over the bay. Just be aware its a mile past the centre of Helensburgh and it's a lovely walk into town."
