All rooms are on the ground floor - such as an approx. 30 m² living-kitchen area, a bedroom with 1 double bed, a bathroom with bathtub and shower, 1 wardrobe. There is a seating area in the leafy inner courtyard. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining table. All floors are fitted with laminate. The holiday flat is a non-smoking flat. Pets are not allowed. The property is very centrally located - 2 min. to the Baltic Sea beach of Warnemünde, 4 min. to the centre, 8 min. to the train station.



The Neighborhood:

Warnemünde is a small fishing village on the Baltic Sea with numerous small shops and restaurants. The town has a small theatre, a museum, a swimming pool and a cinema. There is a seal centre in the immediate vicinity. We recommend a visit to the zoo in Rostock, a trip to Rövershagen for the farmers' market and a trip to Bad Doberan to see Doberan Minster.
