The surrounding beaches are often deserted except for the abundant bird life and occasional rambler, and are safe for surfing and ocean swimming. The area is famous for its bushwalking, fishing and laid back old-fashioned beach atmosphere.
The wonderful Mogo Zoo is only a short drive away.

Rosedale is 5 minutes to local shops for all your necessities, Moruya Airport is 20kms away and has daily flights to Sydney .
Supermarkets, cafes, boutiques, Mogo Zoo, golf courses & horse riding are only 5 to 15 minutes away.

Some of the activities are swimming, surfing , kayaking, fishing, snorkelling, bush walking, bike riding , tennis , golf, horse riding and relaxing with a book.
