Le Beauregard is a single-family house situated in the district of La Petite Afrique, offering a well-kept fenced garden of 1'850 m2 and a heated, fenced swimming pool with salt water. The property boasts amenities such as a yard, internet WiFi, parking for 4 cars, and an EV charging station, ensuring a comfortable and convenient vacation rental experience.  
  
Outdoors  
The outdoor area features a beautifully maintained garden, fenced for privacy, and a stunning angular swimming pool heated with salt water. The pool, measuring 4 x 10 m with a depth ranging from 160 to 180 cm, is available seasonally from April 1st to October 31st. Additionally, there is a boules court and ample parking space for 4 cars.

Le Beauregard is conveniently located 300 m from the sea and 500 m from the sandy beach "La Gaillarde." Nearby amenities include shops, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and bakeries within a 2 km radius. The property is situated in a residential district, 2 km from the center of St Aygulf, and features an electric gate for added security. Groups of teenagers are accommodated upon request.

Fréjus, France, is just 9 km away from the property, while other nearby attractions include Aqualand and Lunapark at 6.7 km, Saint-Raphael at 10 km, Ste Maxime at 13 km, and the renowned Saint-Tropez at 27 km. Additionally, the "Areca" park is only 3 km away, offering a leisurely outdoor experience, and a swimming bay is just 300 m from the property. The sports harbor is conveniently located 4 km away.

You will be staying in a 5-room villa that spans 150 square meters on the upper floor. The villa has been recently renovated in 2024, offering comfortable furnishings throughout. The living/dining area features a TV with a flat screen and air conditioning, as well as access to the terrace. There are two rooms, each equipped with a dressing room, a French bed (1 x 180 cm, length 200 cm), a shower, a TV with a flat screen, and air conditioning. The spacious kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and Nespresso capsules (extra). The kitchen also leads out to the terrace. Electric heating is available throughout the villa. On the lower ground floor, you'll find a children's room with a double sofa bed (1 x 160 cm, length 190 cm) and a shower/WC. The upper floor features an office and an additional room with a French bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm), a TV with a flat screen, air conditioning, and access to a balcony with a shower/WC. Electric heating is also available on the upper floor.

During your vacation stay, you will have access to a range of amenities, including air conditioning, a washing machine, a barbecue (electric), a dishwasher, pet-friendly accommodations, heating, a microwave, and a television. The villa can accommodate up to six guests, with three bedrooms and four bathrooms available.

The villa boasts a 6 square meter balcony with a south-facing position, offering stunning views of the sea. Additionally, there is a large 60 square meter terrace, also south-facing, equipped with terrace furniture, electric barbecue, and deck chairs (6). Convenient amenities such as a dryer, iron, and hair dryer are provided. You can enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi internet access during your stay. A reserved parking space is available for your convenience. Please note that the villa is equipped with a smoke alarm for your safety.
