Explore the city, make this cozy and elegant apartment your starting point. The real highlight is the panoramic terrace, with a breath taking view on Villa Gordiani Park, where you can enjoy a quiet break outdoor. Thanks to the subway stop Teano (Line C) at only 5 minutes walk, you can easily reach the center of Rome. This vacation home is the perfect place to start descovering the city.  
  
The living area is the heart of the house, a large and bright open space, that includes a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for relaxing or accommodating two more guests.  
The master bedroom includes a spacious walk-in closet.  
The bathroom is modern and functional, with a shower, elegant finishes and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a washing machine.  
Finally, the panoramic terrace furnished with a dining table offers the opportunity to enjoy romantic happy hours while admiring the sunset over the city.  
  
Experience local life by staying in this apartment located in a quiet residential area with all the necessary services, including supermarkets, stores, bars and restaurants.  
Thanks to the Metro C Teano stop, you can reach in few minutes the vibrant areas of Centocelle and Pigneto, places of Roman nightlife during the weekends.  
With only 4 subway stops you can reach the Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano, where you will find the interchange with Line A that will allow you to reach all the main attractions of the city!
