Only 10 minutes walk to termini train station and coliseum! About 30 minutes to trevi and one hour to Vatican, but metro station is right around the corner. The beds were comfortable and the linens were nice. The stairs were a bit dangerous and very creeky. The dining table was also rickety. You had to be careful which chairs you could sit. The couch was stained and disgusting. The bathroom was very nice but needed a rug to step out of the shower. The upstairs bedroom is very low ceiling. Located in the Monti region of Rome. Excellent restaurants all within a few blocks, the Termini train station a six minute walk, the Colosseum seven minutes away. You can get your morning coffee at the cafe next door if you are in a rush. If you have more time in the morning, the best coffee was actually just inside the train station. It has to be the creamiest cappuccino we have ever had! We went there a few times. The apartment has everything you need. Large shower, cute layout. The steps to get up to it are a definite calf workout. My wife would take the small elevator and I would jog up the steps! Took about the same time. I would highly recommend this place for your trip.
