The apartment is composed of 2 double bedrooms (bed size 160 x 190 cms) each with an ensuite bathroom (one with shower and one with tube), a living room with dining zone, a balcony (accessible by living living room) and a wide furnished terrace on the building rooftop with view of St. Peter's square colonnade, a kitchenette and another bathroom with shower. The apartment is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay: free wi-fi, smart TV (in the living room), autonomous air conditioning (fan coils in each bedroom and in the living room), autonomous heating (through fan coils), washing machine and drying machine, Nespresso, kettle and toaster.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment.

Always vigilate children when are in the terrace or in the balcony.
Toilet use: Don't throw anything in the toilet but toilet paper. Failure to comply with this rule could cause serious damage to the toilet and lead to charge for repair costs. All other objects (e.g. cotton buds, dental floss, ...) must be thrown into the bin.
As requested by Italian law, upon check-in the guest will be requested to provide id document for any person hosted and will have to sign a rental agreement in Italian.
For stays equal to or greater than 14 days, a payment of € 200 in cash is required upon check-in as an addition to the cleaning fee for housekeeping and the change of all linens on the day in the middle of the stay between 10:00AM and 04:00PM.
Late check-in from 09:00PM to midnight costs 30€ to be paid cash upon check-in. It's not possible to check-in after midnight.
Host is not responsible for any guest belongings left or forgotten in the house after checkout time.
