These are three beautiful and brand new apartments, all recently renovated with quality materials, belonging to the luxury category. They can accommodate up to 18 people. The three apartments are called: \-INDUSTRY: 1 bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom. (Red) \-MINIMAL: 2 bedrooms with private bathroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom. (Black and white) \-CLASSY: 3 double bedrooms, one with private bathroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom. (Blue and beige) This ad refers to MINIMAL + INDUSTRY + CLASSY apartments. In a late-deco building, located in a quiet and central street of the city, we find three types of apartments, in line with the latest trend of international tourist demand. Two units (Classy + Industry) have a private entrance accessed through an external gate, while a third is accessed from the main entrance of the building. A) The apartments are located in a very strategic position. They are almost equidistant from all the main places of the city (see map of Rome), which gives the tourist who spends a few days of vacation the opportunity to plan his daily trip. The Lepanto metro station is located 200 meters from the apartments and provides simple, short and fast connections (no more than 2 stops) from the city center and all the most important and famous historical sites. It was a wonderful stay. The apartments were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the check-in process was quick and easy. The location was great. Our family walked everywhere, except for one day when it was late and we took the metro home from the Colosseum. There is a nice coffee and snack bar right on the corker (Bar Alimentary) and a grocery store less than a block away (Todis), so everything was very easy and convenient. To start, communication with Fabrizio, the property owner, was great. He helped us book taxis for our airport transfers and was prompt in responding. The check in was a breeze with Umar. We arrived in Rome early in the morning after a red eye and they were very gracious in helping us to check-in to one apartment early. The apartments are all very spacious, clean, and well stocked with everything you need. Our group of 13 was very comfortable. The apartments each have laundry available and there are plenty of bathrooms for a large group. The bedrooms are all spacious and each apartment has a generous combined kitchen and living room area. Having lived many years in NYC, I can attest that these are good sized apartments for city living. There is a small private courtyard and balcony as well for some outdoor living. The location was also great. We walked to most places (Vatican, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon) and took the subway everywhere else. The subway was a quick walk from here. The neighborhood is not touristy and was busy with real Romans, which we liked. There is plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby plus a grocery store. There is a main tree with lots of shopping not far away. All in all, I couldn’t ask for more and would absolutely stay here again. ##### Amanda L. The 3 apartments were perfect for our families. Several shared the 3 bed apt, several shared the 2 bed apt, and our family of 4 had the studio apt. Having a small kitchen was helpful to be able to make breakfast before heading out each morning. We did have trouble figuring out the coffee maker (same one in each apt) and I tried asking several people and did not receive any help, so my coffee drinkers weren't happy about that part. We stayed Saturday through Wednesday morning, and then headed to the port for our week long cruise. Fabrizio arranged our transportation from the airport to the apt, and then from the port to the airport also. One of our drivers was the same (we had 3 drivers each time), and we really enjoyed him (Massimo). Giovanni was my point of contact and he was also one of our drivers to the airport. All of the communication was great (through Whats App). Overall, a great experience for our group, great neighborhood, very close to a metro stop so we could get anywhere. We didn't really use the sitting area outside of the apt because it was very hot when we were there. Had a problem 2 of the nights with a dog barking in what seemed like the apt below us and we didn't really have anyone to contact about that (that could help anyway). We rented all 3 of Fabrizio’s apartments as we were traveling in a big group. All three places were absolutely lovely. The location is perfect. We walked to so many sites and loved the convenience. Jan 22, 2017 #### excellent place We stayed at the apartments from 5/25 to 5/30, and we had a wonderful time. We were impressed by Michela, Maurizio, and Fabrizio's hospitality. They welcomed us in their beautiful apartments with champagne and a fruit basket waiting for us. They were extremely helpful and willing to help with any request that would make our stay more comfortable. The apartments were even more beautiful and nicer than in pictures. They were very clean, smelled great, and all had chic and unique decor. Thank you for helping us feel at home away from home! Finally, great location few steps away from the metro and 10 minutes walk from downtown Rome and the Vatican. Highly recommended, expecially for large groups and special events. ##### frank p. The three apartments were fabulous, and we were treated like family! The welcoming fruit and drinks were a big surprise, and greatly appreciated. The apartments were spacious, very clean, and in a great location. We were able to walk to the Vatican for Sunday mass and the Pope's audience; a real plus for my family. The market around the block was so convenient for food pick-ups and the neighborhood restaurants were very good. What a plus it was to have a washing machine in each of the three apartments, especially with four children traveling with us. My entire family had a terrific vacation! Thank you so much for attending to every detail of our trip, especially the airport pick-ups and drop-offs; Danielle was great! I will definitely recommend this property to family and friends! Sep 8, 2017 #### Lovely This is a fancy apartment! The decor is minimal and tasteful, yet cozy and homey. Everything was comfortable and clean, it felt secure and secluded enough to get good night's rest but close enough to the main points of interests. Our hosts were great and offered good recommendations on where and how to go and where to eat. We even got a nice discount and special treatment at a restaurant (and a nice one!) by just mentioning their name! If you're looking for a comfortable, quiet, family friendly and hip place to stay in Rome, we highly recommend this place! ##### robert c. Modern, spacious, clean, airy and so centrally located! Practically within walking distance to everything that you need, including the Metro. We received a warm welcome from Fabrizio.
