Situated in the heart of the city between Piazza Navona and Pantheon, Sunny Apartment Navona Sq. is on the 4th floor (with lift) of a 18th century building.

The apartment has been totally refurbished and can cosily host up to 5 people. It has a living room with sofa bed, LCD TV, a completely refurbished kitchen, a bathroom with shower, 1 cozy bedroom and a lofted bedroom.

The apartment has air conditioning and wifi connection.

appartement très bien situé pour visiter Rome à pied

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour , l'appartement est bien situé, la literie confortable, et même si le quartier est très animé l'appartement est bien insonorisé. Juste un petit bémol la salle de bain est un peu vétuste elle demanderai à être refaite.

The apartment was well located in a convenient area. It was exceptionally noisy with construction taking place overnight and into the morning. I've stayed in about a dozen European VRBOs, including two others in Rome, but haven't experienced this level of noise. It sounded like they were working on our building. Otherwise the apartment was good. The shower is as tiny as any I've used and the shower head sprays water onto the floor but it's nothing you can't handle with towels. Check-in was perfect and the rental company helped us with transportation from the airport. The futon in the living room folded out to a comfortable bed for one person. The bedroom and loft space were spacious and comfortable. Having a lift is very convenient as well.

The place is located well, but it is not very clean, like the floors were quite dirty. And it was not well equipped no toaster no real way to make coffee except one small stove top expresso maker. Only small tea cups only one small dish towel, the shower head needs to be cleaned as the water sprays all over the place. And whether this is the cause of the water leaking onto the floor or not but that does happen. The bathroom sink looks like it was held together with tape.

Everything about the apartment was as advertised and reflected in the photos. The bathroom is very tiny! I have never been on a cruise, but my sister compared it to a cruise shower. My husband barely fit in it. We stayed 10 nights and all was good until night 9, New Year’s Eve. We went to bed just after midnight, at 3am we woke to a STRONG smell of smoke! There were no alarms going off etc, but when my husband opened the front door the entire hallway was FILLED with smoke. We quickly got dressed, grabbed passports and medications and started making our way down the stairs attempting to yell/alert others to evacuate. Unfortunately they did not. We discovered the trash can on the first floor was on fire. My husband had grabbed the extinguisher from the apartment and emptied it onto the fire, mostly extinguishing it. I called emergency services and they thought I was joking! A Dr waved down police in the street who went through and cleared the building of residents and guests. Fire eventually showed up checked the electrical and was about to leave when my husband insisted they remove the can and embers. Initially they said no, but then got a shovel from the truck and as they scooped the embers they were still smoldering. It was very scary. The support staff were ugly to me via email because the ad says smoke detector, but we never saw one and no alerts went off.

Die Lage des Appartements ist unschlagbar, zentraler geht es nicht. Das ist ein großer Pluspunkt. Ebenso der Aufzug in den vierten Stock. Ausstattung entspricht in etwa den Bildern, allerdings ist der Abnutzungsgrad insbesondere im Bad und an den Wänden schon sehr sichtbar. Leider hatte ich gegen Ende für zwei Tage kein warmes Wasser. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur, die bis dahin sehr gut und immer schnell war, geriet auf einmal ins Stottern. Erst nachdem ich unten den Doorman oder Hausmeister darauf ansprach, reagierte auch die Agentur und es wurde alles prompt repariert.Der Check in mit Fabio war leider schlecht. Er spricht kaum Englisch, ist unfreundlich und ungefällig. Es wurde nur die Kaution und Tax kassiert, ansonsten keinerlei Übergabe . Schon die Frage nach einem Supermarkt in der Nähe war zuviel, er ließ mich einfach stehen und ging.

This apartment was fabulous! Full of character and charm- I loved opening the windows in the late afternoon to hear the church bells ringing and the buzz of rhe city.The beds were comfy and the amenties great. For us, the very best part of this apartment was its amazing location. Walking distance from so many landmarks! The host was also very accommodating to our check-in needs which was greatly appreciated. I can't wait for a return visit to Rome! I would stay here again in a heartbeat. I travelled to Italy with my two young adult kids- we visited Milan, Lake Como, Tuscany, Venice and Florence. Of all the places we stayed, this apartment was our absolute favorite. I highly recommend it!

The apartment was in a great location. Communication was good with management. Was disappointed that Vrbo did not handle payment, and after initial booking had nothing at all to do with transaction. All over Vrbo it says do not pay third party, and this property was only payable directly to Italian management company. After calling Vrbo to confirm this, they said it was a preferred owner and it was ok. It should just say this up front on the listing. Extremely confusing and not great for inspiring confidence. We chose Vrbo to use a company we felt secure with. Now, in the end, the host company was great-but we could have just booked through them on their own website. We were told to choose an approximate time for check in, so we guessed when we might be able to arrive. Host company said they would check with us day before to finalize/adjust. We realized we needed more time, but they then said it was impossible to change due to it being high season. They in fact asked us to come even earlier. This was stressful and made the day very rushed as we were coming from Venice area.The property was great-good ac, clean, very safe. Would recommend.

Family stay

We used the location for a family vacation while we were in Rome for a few days and it was great. The location is so close to major attractions and lots of restaurants. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Check in was quick and smooth. Highly recommend it
