Located in the immediate vicinity of Via della Mercede, in a few steps it allows you to reach the most important attractions of the capital such as the nearby Piazza di Spagna, Villa Borghese and Piazza del Popolo as well as the famous Piazza Navona, Piazza del Pantheon and Fontana di Trevi. AC installed in bedrooms and living room The Space: The comfort of this apartment is unique. Has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and also a full equipped kitchen. In the living room you can find room for a comfortable stay and dining time. It also has all the comforts, such as: • Air conditioning; • Nespresso; • Netflix to not miss even one episode of your favorite series; • Internet wi-fi; In the area it is possible to reach all the most important shops and the big bands in the capital and some of the best restaurants in the city while there is a well-stocked supermarket right under the door. The Neighborhood: Piazza di Spagna and the iconic Spanish Steps are a two-minute walk from the home. The area is great for travellers interested in shopping, food, and city walks. Minutes from best archaeological, historical and monumental sites and close to main shopping districts. Local nightlife starts just off the doorstep with a wide range of restaurants, pizzerias, wine bars, cafés and galleries. There are plenty of supermarkets and groceries shops just near the apartment. Getting Around: The closest subway stop is Piazza di Spagna (Spanish Steps) and is few minutes walking distance from the flat. From Termini Station (the main train station) you can get the subway and in three stops you will be in Piazza di Spagna (few minutes walking distance from the flat). From Fiumicino there is a train that leads to Termini Station. From Ciampino there are buses to Termini Station. Private transport from and to airports are available on request. Also a little confusing that there is a key for the apartment door but you cannot use the key with the electronic lock in place. The place was up several flights of stairs. There is a small elevator that held 2-3 people. The apartment was clean and the a/c worked well. It was the perfect location with Spanish steps and trevi fountain nearby and many other sights just a short walk. We would definitely stay here again ##### eric s.
