  • Antique furniture, parquet flooring and wooden ceilings. Three bedrooms with three private bathrooms, living room, dining room, full kitchen and private courtyard. Wi-fi, Smart TV, air conditioning. You will spend your holiday in comfort and elegance in an ancient building of '700 with modern comfort. This apartment is located a walking distance from some of the main attractions site like the Spanish Steps and the Pantheon. You will explore the old city with the pleasure of feeling behind the home!

    At the Standard Rate must be added the "Accomodation Tax", tax required by Municipality of Rome. 6 euro per person per night for a maximum of ten days. Children under ten year of age are exempt. This payment will be made in cash at yours arrival and is to be added to the final price on-line.

Beautiful amenities and location! Extremely clean, updated and so much space considering the price! It places you directly next to Trevi fountain which places you in walking distance of multiple sites. Felippo and Marco were amazing hosts. Highly recommend this place and will come to stay again anytime we're in Rome!

Our second stay here and it is excellent. Beautiful apartment, tall ceilings, very clean and lots of room. Bathroom right in each of the three bedrooms of good size. We enjoyed being right near the main sights in this magnificent city. Very comfortable, several air conditioners that work great. Washing machine in apartment very handy. We had an excellent stay and our Host Filippo was excellent and made sure our check in and check out went smoothly. Definitely a favorite of ours when staying in Rome.

Perfect location/ wonderful host

All contact with host Fillipe was awesome he made sure our stay was perfect. The location cannot be beat. The apartment itself was very nice as described with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths- we had issue with hot water but were able to use one of the other showers to get a hot shower. It was a great stay!

Our group of 3 couples stayed for 4 nights in September and had an amazing time! The apartment was clean, spacious, and stylish with three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms for each bedroom. The location being right next to Trevi Fountain was such an enjoyable experience for us as it is where so many tourists come to visit and we could just pop out and view it at whatever time of day we wanted. The area is busy and loud, but we found once indoors it was peaceful especially on the tiny patio. Bring earplugs if you are sensitive to the noise. And we always could find our home as it was right by this landmark. Hosts were so friendly and helpful. We highly recommend.

Lovely Italian Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The location (right next to Trevi fountain) was convenient and easy to remember when trying to find our way back home after exploring Rome. Within 20 yards of the Trevi fountain. Great spacious three bed apartment and a wonderful host. Bear in mind it’s near a top tourist attraction son can be noisy but we expected that and the location and apartment make a bit a noise worth putting up with. Would stay again

Beautiful!

Fabios property is just around the corner from the Trevi Fountain and in close proximity to the taxi stand and several wonderful restaurants. The apartment was spotless, well stocked and beautifully decorated. We appreciated all the recommendations for restaurants Fabio have to us, he was a very gracious host!

Family vacation

The apartment was very spacious and clean. All items in the kitchen were spotless. There was plenty of flat surfaces to drop purchases and charge devices. The AC worked well and kept the apartment comfortable. The location was excellent-beside the Trevi, but the congestion made it impossible for a cab to get to us. We would walk one or two blocks to meet the cab. Hosts were kind and very helpful. Great stay for my family.

When in Roma...

Great property, literally round the corner from Trevi Fountain. Great spot if a little noisy during the night. Hosts Marco and his son Filippo, were very friendly and arranged transport to the Airport. Highly recommended and would use again.
