In the heart of the Prati district, renowned for the presence of numerous shops, restaurants, bars and ice cream shops, the apartment is located in an elegant building of the early '900.
Recently renovated by a famous interior designer from Rome is composed of a large bedroom and two bathrooms modernissim. The property includes a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen corner. Each room is equipped with a 43 "smart TV and air conditioning. The apartment has independent heating.
The proximity to local attractions makes this apartment particularly attractive. The Vatican Museums are 500 meters away, St. Peter's Square is a 10-minute walk through the ancient village. The subway and buses are just a 5 minute walk.

Our Roma Stay!

Absolutely loved this place. Perfect location and great air conditioning to relax after the long hot day at the Vatican and Coliseum tours. The laundry machines really helped us too, as this was the middle of our 24 day trip. I highly recommend this as a home base!

Live like a Local

Our 4 weeks were a wonderful experience. Marzia is a great host and her recommendations were terrific. The apartment is in a lovely building with the amenities as listed, close to important sights, in the middle of amazing shopping and dining. We like settling in and being part of a neighborhood and the Prati is a wonderful ‘hood. The only disappointment was the lack of an Oven. We know most people don’t go to Rome to Cook or stay for this long, but we love shopping the markets and having an evening meal “at home” occasionally. We did shop, cook and live like locals! A memorable visit. We’ve visited Rome several times over the years and rented apartments in other neighborhoods, this was our favorite location for feeling like you are not just another tourist. Grazie Molto, Marzia!

Home away from home

The host was incredibly accommodating in every aspect of our stay from early check in to arranging for private drivers even after our stay ended. This rental was very upscale in its decor. While there was a single bedroom the pull out coach was very comfortable. The bathrooms were large and included towel warmers. A washer and dryer was also provided and easy to operate. The rental is very close to the Vatican and close to both bus stop and metro for easy access to all parts of the city. I highly recommend this apartment for a comfortable stay.

Wonderful Host!

The apartment was immaculate! Our host was helpful and even left much needed drinks in the refrigerator to help regroup until we could get our bearings. It was close to a Metro stop and to the Vatican. We would definitely stay in this quiet residential neighborhood again!

Great stay in Rome

We had a great stay in Rome. Marzia is wonderful and really goes out of her way to assist you. She personally met us at check-in and our room was ready hours early so she let us in. The place is adorable, super clean and modern. She gave us recommendations on how to get around, where to eat and sites to see. The apartment is gated and in a very safe neighborhood. We loved staying here on our first trip to Rome and would definitely stay again.

Good choice

Housing was comfortable and spacious. Location good for walking tours. Host secured a local guide to give us a private tour of the "everyday" Rome and she was teriffic.Grocery market across the street was teriffic as we intended to cook and buy wine. If you choose to have a vehicle, almost no parking in area. Learn the Metro system and buy a week pass. Heed the warnings on pickpockets. The are real.
