We're in the central Prati district, just 300 meters from Metro A which makes it easy to reach every part of the city. The architecture and design of the apt are well defined thanks to a particular attention to details. The apartment is fresh and full of light. Surrounded by pubs, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and pharmacies, open until very late. The space The entrance overlooks a bright living room with open kitchen and dining table, comfortable king sofa bed and large Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with accessories and elements to be able to prepare dishes and dishes to your liking; fully equipped with dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots and utensils, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The new large bedroom, finished in detail, has a king size bed with a very comfortable mattress and walk-in closet; Smart TV with large 50 ”screen.
