    This apartment for rent in Rome near Colosseum and Roman Forum is elegantly furnished and it is made up of 2 bedrooms with a King size bed, a 3rd bedroom with a king size bed or 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms with shower (plenty of hot water), a living room/kitchen with sofa-bed, table and chairs. The apartment has been recently redone and can welcome up to 9 people. Other 20 people can be accommodated in 3 apartments in the same building. This apartment, quiet and comfortable, can suit your needs: relax, rest and fun.

    LOCATION

    The home's position is enviable; this holiday home is located in the heart of the Ancient Rome very close to the most important monument of the Eternal City, the Colosseum also known as the Flavian Amphitheater, and the Roman Forum. From here you can easily reach the other areas of the historical centre on foot or by bus and tram that conveniently stop very close to the building, or if you prefer, by Metro/Subway (line A and B) at the nearby stops of 'Manzoni' or 'Colosseo’. So, it very simple to get to the Vatican and St. Peter’s, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Navona Square, etc. The neighborhood is full of local restaurants and pizzerias. A Supermarket open 24 hours and 7 days is just 5 minutes far from the apartment. A small convenient store open till midnight is located in the building.

    AMENITIES

    WI-FI internet high speed Access, Satellite TV (movies, sports, news all in English and other foreign languages), Smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime TV, YouTube, etc.), air conditioning, heating, safe, washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, microwave, baby crib, high chair, hairdryer, bed and bath linen, etc. are provided free-of-charge. Final cleaning is included in the price.

    SERVICE

    From the first inquiry to the check-out you’ll have a friend in Rome. This is not an agency, but just a family run small activity. So, I can make a unique tailor-made vacation to fulfill your travel dreams. Upon your arrival you will receive a map of the city and useful information on the city sights, shops and places to eat in the area. On request I can arrange transportation from/to airport, Port or train station. Also, I can suggest you how to skip long lines at museums and how to maximize your time in Rome. Lastly, I can organize walking group or private tours.

    This modern apartment has just been restored and elegantly furnished. Comfortable beds, stylish wardrobes, modern and fully equipped kitchen, elegant bathrooms.

    Minimum stay may vary from 1 night up to 7 nights depending on the season. The City Accommodation Tax is not included in the price and it is due in cash on arrival (5 Euros per night per person. Children under 10 y.o. don't pay the accommodation tax).

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Rome en famille grâce aux précieux conseils et adresses de Paolo, à sa serviabilité, sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. L'endroit est idéal pour visiter Rome, c'est calme et on y dort bien ... bref l'appartement est parfait. Je recommande vivement cette location ! Amazing host, charming place, easy walk to colosseum. Loved the stay in Tome, thanks to the host, who provided all the information any first time travelled to Rome would need. The apartment itself was cozy, very well maintained, and our twin daughters loved their own kids themed bedroom. The apartment has a nice character that resembles old Rome, with modern amenities. My family loved the stay and the host hospitality!

Paolo is a very responsive host. He replies quickly and positively to all requests. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. Bedside lamps that provided more light would be helpful. Bathrooms were efficient but not particularly large. Wifi was great. The apartment was very quiet even though it is on a busy road. The apartment is in a wonderful location for enjoying the wonderful attractions in Rome.

Perfect location in Rome

The apartment location is fantastic for exploring Rome - steps from the Colosseum, bus/tram stop at the front door, grocery store downstairs. Our large family appreciated the 3 spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as the kitchen for breakfasts. Air conditioning in each area was a huge bonus after being out in 38C heat all day! Paolo was quick to respond to any questions and his help with airport transfers was great.

Nice apartment near coliseum

Apartment was true to listing. Updated Apartment in old building. We were able to walk to the coliseum and restaurants near there, Coffee shops and markets were very close. My family and I enjoyed our stay there. I would stay there again.

Great location and apartment

We had a fabulous time in Rome and Paolo’s apartment was perfect for our group of 7. Location so great and easy to navigate. Paolo was very helpful, even when one of our bags was lost on the flight over, and he gave a very thorough list of nearby restaurants, groceries, etc. Would definitely recommend.

Wish we could stay longer!!

This apartment was perfect for the 7 of us, close/walking distance to most places or an easy scooter ride. So close to historic sites but with a feel of local living. Paolo was fabulous in his communication, assistance with transit and recommendations for everything we needed! We were only here for a couple days due to a family wedding, and we had a fabulous time. Only wish we could have stayed longer!

Great experience!

Paolo was a great host and the apartment was all that was advertised. It was quiet and close to most of the historical places we wanted to visit. Very handy! Basic pantry supplies and coffee were provided. Paolo was helpful multiple times in giving advise for local places.
