Our plane was late and there was nobody there for us to get in at 7:30 pm and I never received the email about how to get in to the room. Thank goodness we had a tour operator waiting for us who was able to speak Italian and get the code for us to get into the room. Unfortunately the washer was not working. I brought a small travel bag and I was planning on washing our clothes before we got on our cruise. The location was wonderful. The View was gorgeous the room was comfortable and it looks like they went out of their way to give us amenities like slippers and extra towels. There are restaurants very close by and a 24-hour grocery store where you can buy just about anything. Even though it was hard to get in I would absolutely recommend this place because of the location.
