Located on the ground floor of an eighteenth-century building, the apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a cozy dining room, which opens onto a delightful inner courtyard that houses an ancient fountain. The kitchen, next to the dining room, is fully equipped. There are 2 bedrooms, one double and one small and pretty single bedroom, two bathrooms with shower. The apartment is a stone's throw from the historic Piazza Trilussa and Piazza Santa Maria In Trastevere. Air-conditioned environment with high-speed wifi and TV. Trastevere is a great neighborhood and I would definitely recommend--great restaurants, bars, local shops etc. Close to many major attractions. We lived the area and will go back. The only slight negative on the apartment is you can hear noise from the bar next door in the larger bedroom but nothing that was so loud that it kept us up. Host was gracious and very helpful with dining ideas, neighbor hood etc. he even came back and helped us with the heat. Would stay there again ##### Lisa T. There were enough extra blankets and towels for everyone (5 of us stayed there) and enough space so we did not feel as though we were on top of each other. The water heater did have an error message on the second day of our stay, but it was fixed within several hours and did not give us issues after that. Staff was friendly and responsive! One of the sofa beds in the living room did not convert back to a sofa, which made it into a bedroom. It wasn't too bad since we weren't really in the room and were walking around Rome most of the day. But, I could see where that might be an issue for someone who wants a formal living room area. We did not have a sheet pan to use in the oven nor a microwave, but the stovetop heated up leftovers fairly well. The washing machine was a bit loud, but it cleaned our clothes efficiently. There were plenty of hangers and a drying rack, but the weather did not heat up fast enough for our jeans and other heavy clothes to fully dry. Overall, I would recommend this place. The location is right in the middle of the Trastevere neighborhood and close enough to cross the river, and in walking distance to mostly all historic sights in Rome. ##### Fatima C.
