Rome has to offer. This apartment is perfect for travelers. It is located on a quiet cobblestone street (Via dei Banchi Nuovi) leading to Piazza Navona. The historical center of Rome is at your doorstep! It has everything required for an unforgettable stay in Rome: WI-FI, A-C, Heating, Dishwasher, Washingmashine, Linen, Towels and a private garden.

The apartment is set in an 18th-century nobiliar building.
The apartment is composed of a living room with a bathroom, an open space with a queen size bed, and a second queen size bed on the loft. A private garden is at your own disposal.

All best sights are within walking distance. (Piazza Navona 5 minutes walk, St. Peter Chapel 5 minutes walk ...)

We are always available to answer any questions you might have and are happy to provide any advice on restaurants, museums and events to avoid turists traps. We organize your transfer service to / from the airport, port or train station. Daily Tours to Amalfi Coast and Florence on request.

This property was the perfect location, especially for first time travelers to Rome. Germana is a great host and helped with arranging transportation to and from the airport. When you walk out the front door, you are greated by cobblestone paths and within 5 minutes, you are walking into the Piazza Navona. This week was magical for my husband and I. We cant wait to come back to Roma. Grazie Germana and Roma for a dream come true.

The location was excellent and very convenient for getting around the city! There were some hiccups during check-in, and the host wasn’t very helpful in resolving them. Place was generally clean, though there were quite a few bugs, which isn’t surprising in a big city.

Romantic apartment excellent location

My husband and I enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect walking distance from all of the major historical sites. The kitchen and bathroom were good size and the loft was very clean! Would recommend to family and friends.

Delightful Stay

Germana’s apartment is clean, comfortable and beautiful. We would have loved using the outdoor space at a warmer time of year. The location is excellent. Close to many sights and restaurants, it is a great base for exploring Rome on foot.

Wonderful

Great place, great location and a wonderful little garden area. Above all a large shower with a bathtub, not an easy thing to find in Rome. And a washer. Had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay in heart of Rome

Beautiful apartment down a street with a lovely restaurant and coffee bar right outside. Everything was clean and had an easy check in process. I do recommend that the host get blinds for the upper window and door leading to the private terrace for more privacy. Would definitely stay again!

Comfortable and well located

This apartment is perfect for two people. It is well located for walking around Rome. The bathroom is small but has everything you might need, and the bed is large and comfortable. The kitchen with dining table and chairs is a good size, perfect for breakfast or for enjoying a glass of wine before going out for dinner.

We stayed in Rome for 2 days. The location was an easy 1mile walk to all the places we wanted to go with great proximity to Pam Local to purchase groceries. Germana was great at helping us organize transportation to and from the airport and the port to catch our cruise ship.

Roman Adventure

Apartment was ideal for an active adventure in Rome. Modern and clean. Beautiful outdoor garden. Communication was great and check in was easy. The location is absolutely perfect to explore Rome. The surrounding neighborhood is quaint and charming with so much to do. Piazza Navona is beautiful. Easy walking distance to many iconic Sites and landmarks. We hope to return soon!
