Located in the prestigious Balduina district, just a few minutes from the Vatican and its museums, Castel Sant'Angelo, the Foro Italico, the stadium, the bus stop and railway stations. It is well served by pharmacies, restaurants, bars, shops and sharing mobility services. The 40 m² penthouse is located in a prestigious building on the 6th floor with a lift that goes up to the 5th floor. Inside, it consists of: A LIVING AREA with a small reading corner and desk, a DOUBLE BED with wardrobe and Smart TV.The KITCHEN is fully equipped with a hob, oven, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary pods and a dining table. The BATHROOM has a sink, bidet, toilet and shower cubicle, complete with a handy welcome kit! The real gem of this penthouse is its breathtaking TERRACE: a unique space with spectacular views over the entire city and the majestic dome of St. Peter's Basilica. The ideal place for a Roman aperitif at sunset or breakfast with the city skyline at your feet.
