Inside my Rome - Enjoy the Italian way

You are in the heart of the eternal city, convenient location for transportation, shopping, restaurants, museums and sightseeing. Piazza di Spagna, Via dei Condotti, Trevi Fountain, river Tiber, Pantheon, Piazza Navona and also the Vatican is walking distance from you!

The apartment is romantic, private and stylishly decorated, just one minute away from the Spanish Steps, ideal for those who want to explore Rome by foot. Recently renovated, it is bright, air-conditioned and Wi-Fi-served. Composed of a large living room with a 160 cm sofa bed, a flat-screen with satellite TV and a library with books and tourist guides in both English and Italian.

The kitchen, adjacent to the living room, is furnished with a counter – perfect for breakfast, an oven, a microwave, four stove burners, stainless steel counter tops, a refrigerator, a small freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The kitchen also has an electric kettle for tea and coffee, an Italian-style moka and a Nespresso coffee machine, tea and coffee supplies.

Large wardrobes in the double bedroom and an en suite a bathroom with a shower cabin, a hairdryer and a wall-mounted radiator. In the entrance there are more built in wardrobes in which iron and ironing board are stored. The apartment can accommodate up to four people and on request I can provide a traveling cot and a high chair. If it were needed, my daughter is a perfect, reliable and available babysitter.

I will personally receive you and will help you with suggestions and tourist information. English and French are spoken. The entire apartment will be at your disposal. My home is your home. I arranged the apartment as I would like to find a place arranged for me.

Additionally, I can arrange for you a car service for transfers from and to the airport (cost for each way 45 euros or 65 euros for a minivan); a guided Rome tours to suit your personal needs; a maid service (8 euros hourly fee to please arrange in advance if possible); a complete linen change is included half way through the stay in case of over 12 days bookings; Italian cooking lesson at home or in chef's location as well as special pizza classes. Ask me more, I might be able to satisfy your requests and needs!

Tout était parfait ! L’appartement était impeccable avec des touches de raffinement. Bien situé, la rue s’apaise en soirée pour ne pas troubler votre sommeil. Daniela nous a accueilli gentiment et nous a tout bien expliquer.

Que dire quand il n'y a rien à redire ?

Que dire de l'appartement du 89 via Mario di Fiori ? Qu'il est idéalement placé. Que l'architecte a réussi à utiliser la configuration des lieux pour en faire un séjour plus qu'agréable. Que c'est un plaisir de s'y retrouver après avoir déambulé dans Rome de basilique en musée. Qu'il est entièrement équipé tant au niveau de la cuisine, plaque, four micro ondes, réfrigérateur, vaisselle, verres, flûtes, machine à laver, qu'au niveau de la chambre et de la salle de bain. Le séjour est vaste, confortable et décoré avec goût. L'ascenseur est vraiment utile pour les voyageurs avec bagages. Mais le vrai plus de cet appartement, c'est Daniela. Merci pour le chauffeur qui vous attend à l'aéroport et vous conduit à destination pour 45 euros. Daniela toujours disponible mais surtout qui vous fait sentir qu'elle aime vous recevoir du début à la fin de votre voyage à Rome. This is our 2nd time staying in Daniela’s apartment. We love it so much and she has thought of absolutely everything one would need when traveling. The apartment is beautiful, clean and has the most comfortable furniture and bed. The chair in the corner is great to catch up on a journal, read a book or simply relax and listen to the people below on the streets when you open the window. It is extremely quiet and we slept great, could not hear any noise from the streets. The location cannot be beat, so close to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, Piazza Navona and the restaurants, gelato shops. Great shopping is just around the corner and only half a block to the taxi stop. Daniela was kind enough to let us check in early since our plane arrived at 9:30 in the morning. The communication with her was great from the time we booked her apartment and also while we were staying there. If we had any questions, she was available. She gave us suggestions for restaurants and different places to see. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures…even better.Thank you Daniela for making our 2nd stay in your apartment just as wonderful as our first one. We loved every minute and made so many more beautiful memories!!

I loved this apartment. It was perfect for my family’s stay and so conveniently located to restaurants and anything you would need. Amazing !! Stunning apt and perfect location

This stay was truly amazing. Started with Daniela l, owner of property, contacting us before our vacation and assisting us with pick up from airport followed by restaurant bookings etc.On the day of arrival she met with us at the apartment and checked us in. The apartment was stunning, so so clean and had everything we needed in it. Daniela even arrived with water and fruit for us. So very thoughtful. The apartment is perfectly located with 5 mins from Spanish steps and 7 mins walk from trevi fountain. We found we could walk to most of the attractions we wanted to go to. Some lovely local bars and restaurants too. Daniela was so accommodating right to the end of our stay. We could leave 20 mins before our taxi pick up which was also kindly arranged by Daniela. If we decide to return we would definitely choose this apartment again.

A Wonderful Home Away From Home

The apartment is exactly as pictured. Equipped with all your needs. It is conveniently located by the Spanish steps, taxi stand (2 blocks) & an easy leisurely stroll (15-30 min.) to most city center places of interest. Mini mart around the corner for any groceries or basic hygiene items. Daniela was very responsive via WhatsApp to any communications. I would definitely book this home again.

Our 5th Time in This Apartment!

Daniela is always the perfect hostess. She is within contact if you need anything and is so thoughtful and friendly. We left my husband’s bag inside the door as we were leaving and I called her. Her daughter arrived soon after to unlock the doors and we made our train! The bed is very comfy and the kitchen is very well equipped. Lots of closet space too. We cooked breakfast every morning during our two week stay. The metro and shopping are outside your door. Love having the dishwasher and wash machine. We hope to be back next year.

This stay exceeded our expectations in so many ways! The apartment is quite large for 2 people and is very modern and updated. Lots of nice amenities, including espresso maker, water, milk, all of the kitchen essentials, dishwasher, clothes washer, laundry detergent, movies, books, and games. And, so much closet space and storage! The location was perfect and positioned right between Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. The entrance is very secure and the neighborhood feels safe. Everything was within 35 min walking distance. Metro and bus stops were within 5 minutes walking. Grocery less than one block away and cafe and gelato options everywhere. The hostess was very communicative and responded quickly to questions/requests. We would plan another trip just to stay at this beautiful apartment! And, we love Rome too!

Wonderful Apartment in Perfect Location!!

Daniela’s apartment was just as beautiful as the pictures. It was the perfect location, so close to the Spanish Steps with Restaurants, Gelato Shops and some of the best shopping in the city. What a wonderful place to come “home” to after a day of seeing the beautiful sights of glorious Rome. Just a short walk to the Trevi Fountrain, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon and Piazza del Poppolo. This was our first time to Rome and Daniela gave us information on restaurants to eat at and put us in contact with a licensed guide, who was fantastic. Everything about this apartment was great, only one story up, but there was an elevator to get our heavy luggage up to the apartment. Daniela met us at the apartment and helped us get the luggage up….she was so good to always answer us immediately from the time we reserved the apartment. The furniture was so comfortable as was the bed, and we would open the windows and hear the wonderful sounds of the people in the streets below. We will definitely stay in this apartment if we get the chance to go back to Rome. You could not find a better apartment in a better location. Thanks Daniela for all the wonderful memories we made while staying in your apartment! If you are going to Rome, rent this apartment, you will love it!!

Wonderful Cozy and Clean Apartment

We loved our 5 night stay in Daniela’s apt. Her very lovely daughter, Gemma, met us upon arrival and answered any questions that we had. During our stay we communicated with Daniela about restaurants, how to operate washing machine, transportation, etc. She always answered in a timely manner and was very gracious. She also recommended a local guide to arrange private tours for us since I experienced a recent knee injury!! We were so happy that we reserved an apartment with a lift…. It made my trip so enjoyable in spite of an injury. The apartment is a very short walk to a Piazza with a taxi service to take you anywhere in Rome at a reasonable price. Also close by , are a few cafes to get your morning cappuccino or your afternoon dessert or cocktail. If you rent Daniela’s apartment, you will experience Rome as a local!!
