It's perfectly located, quite well arranged and spacious. Beds were also good and kitchen fairly equipped. Roberto (or his agent Claudia) has been very responsive when asked (don't expect to get proactive advices though, but if you ask you get it). The only attention points I have are twofold: - appartment is on the third floor and no lift (not an issue at all for us but just know it !) - the 2nd bathroom shower was very very weak (no pressure at all so count two actual toilets but one shower only). We were able to walk to everything and there were plenty of restaurants & cafes nearby. The apartment was very clean and Roberto, the host answered all our questions quickly.
