Convenient location in Rome and allows walking to a lot of places
Our stay at La Farfalla was lovely and very easy. Our host was very welcoming, kind, and accommodating, and provided great recommendations for exploring the city even in the heat. The location also made it very easy for us to explore the many wonderful sites of Rome.
The owner, Gabrellia , was a perfect owner. Not only was she helpful, but she was very knowledgeable on where to eat, sites to see, areas to avoid. Rooms were very, very clean and spacious. Throughly enjoyed our stay there and would definitely recommend this place !!
I am so pleased to have stayed here, Gabry (the owner) felt like family to me, supported us thrroughout our stay and made us feel home. the Accomodation is a stone throw away from many places that you would generally go see when touring Rome. Accomodation itself was decent, everything you needed is there and for instance, if you need something additional, just ask for it Gabry will try to support you and provide you with it.
We felt like it was home away from home and will be visiting again :)
The host was very friendly and shared all the information guests need to know about the city. Location-wise, it is good as it's walking distance to the monuments.
Lovely stay. Perfect for if you plan on being out all day touring the city. A short walk to the coliseum and public transportation!! The bathroom was kept clean! Would definitely stay here again.
Magnificent location close to everything plus the host was super friendly, the accommodation is very nice and clean the bed is comfortable ans thé size is more queen than double. Love Rome
Stayed here for a few days, everything was clean and the host was very friendly. The room was surprisingly not too hot even though it was scorching outside. There was quite a bit of noise from the street at night, but this is inevitable given the location.
The hostess was kind and helpful. Communicated with her about check in time because no front desk. Have cash for hotel city tax.
Great location. She provided a
towel for the shared bathroom. However, make sure you have toilet paper and soap. Just in case. Bathroom was easy to use. No Tv but you are in Rome and should not be watching tv anyway. Easy commute by train from airport and then a 12 minute walk from train station. I’m glad I stayed there and would go back for sure.
I’m a solo traveler.
We stayed for 6 night at casa white… we stayed in the second room. Ths owner was very nice and sweet. She made sure that the bathroom was cleaned daily and garbage removed as well… provided a mini fridge to store food and snack for all guest staying at the property. The bed was comfy to sleep in and the window view to our room was nice… building elevator is tiny but cute lol. We loved the dog who would be seen coming out of her room for his morning and evening walks. Literally fell
In love with him. Would come back to stay
This place and the owner, Gabriella, were perfect. She was extremely helpful and kind. The building is a cool authentic Roman building in an authentic residential neighborhood, but just a 10 or fifteen minute walk from the Colosseum and the Forum. I walked the whole city from the location, but if you don't want to walk, there is a metro station that will get you anywhere on the corner. In this neighborhood, it seems like every time you turn a corner, you come across ancient Roman history. If you want to have a local type rome experience, yet still be close to all the historical sights, this place is perfect. Thank you Gabriella!🙂
