The 76 m2 apartment is located on the third floor with lift in an elegant building from the Umbertide era in the Prati area, 70 meters from the Vatican museums and St. Peter's and 100 meters from the metro line A with which you can reach all the attractions of Rome.  
The bright and quiet apartment is equipped with every comfort: air conditioning, washing machine, independent heating, equipped kitchen, wifi internet.  
The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed equipped with an antique and valuable headboard with a wardrobe and mirror with an antique make-up table. In the study area there is sofa bed one and a half square(195x140). The bathroom is all covered in a wood effect with large shower, toilet, bidet and mirror with bowl sink, finally the kitchen equipped with dining table, furthermore it is located in one of the most important shopping streets with restaurants, supermarkets, cinema, and also gym with swimming pool.

#### Casa vacanza vaticano

Appartamento bellissimo appena ristrutturato con tutti i comfort silenzioso situato vicinissimo ai musei vaticani e a San Pietro con anche la fermata metro vicino. Nella zona sono presenti tantissimi negozi ottimi per lo shopping e anche ristoranti e supermercati. Molto piacevole fare la spesa al grandissimo mercato trionfale dove si trovano tanti prodotti tipici italiani. Piacevole l'host che ci ha aspettato per il late check in a mezzanotte. Ci ha dato tante spiegazioni e consigli su come muoverci a Roma,rendendosi disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza.

Ottimo + L'host molto simpatico e socievole dandoci risposte ad ogni nostra richiesta,anche alla nostra particolare richiesta di una piscina,che si trova a 70 metri dall'appartamento. Molto comoda per gli spostamenti la vicinanza della metro a 150 metri e i musei vaticani e San Pietro a 70 metri. Nella zona abbiamo trovato molti uffici turistici che propongono vari tour tra cui il saltafila musei vaticani molto comodo. Ottimi i ristoranti e i locali . L'appartamento molto bello e pulito dotato di wifi ,riscaldamento autonomo ,due smart TV ,lavatrice,lavastoviglie,e tutti gli utensili e prodotti per cucinare.
