Wi-Fi, air conditioning and TV are available. A wonderful view over San Martino ai Monti square. Through the windows you can see the beautiful square of San Martino ai Monti with two medieval towers: Capocci Tower and Graziani Tower and also see the back side of San Martino e San Silvestro Church. La propriétaire est charmante , pleine d'attentions et disponible aussi. Nous la remercions. L'appartement est impeccable, bien équipé et très bien situé, à quelques minutes à pied entre la gare Termini et le forum Romain, le Colisée et des métros. Egalement proche des commerces et des restaurants de quartier. Après une bonne journée de marche (et oui on marche beaucoup à Rome !), il était bon de se reposer et de dîner sur la terrasse (le beau temps était au rendez-vous). Enfin, la literie était également parfaite pour pouvoir récupérer. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cet appartement et pour y revoir la propriétaire. Une semaine sur place nous a semblé bien court tant il y.a de choses à voir et découvrir. ##### nicolas h. Cuisine excellemment équipée avec tout le nécessaire pour faire vaisselle à la main ou à la machine. Mais nous avons dû quitter plus tôt que prévu l'appartement gênés par le bruit du bar situé juste en dessous. (L'appartement est au 1er). Martina est accueillante et réactive et a compris notre départ. Par contre, ne pas compter sur Abritel. Après 3/4 h au téléphone et 3 interlocuteurs, sa seule réponse : débrouillez-vous avec la propriétaire. Si Martina n'avait pas été compréhensive et honnête, nous n'aurions pas été remboursés. Et Abritel ne nous a proposé aucune autre solution. Pire, les autres appartements que nous avons retenus et qui étaient marqués disponibles en réservation immédiate nous ont répondu qu'ils ne l'étaient plus alors que la carte de crédit était débitée. Là encore, c'est au propriétaire d'accepter de nous rembourser. Je ne passerai plus par Abritel ##### catherine P. La literie était très confortable pour les deux chambres et le linge prévu suffisant. La propriétaire nous a reçus très cordialement et avait préparé fruits et boissons. Ses informations et conseils nous les avons suivis et bien appréciés (notemment l'adresse de pizzerias proches et qui se sont avérées d'un excellent rapport qualité/prix). Bref aucun commentaire négatif à faire et je conseillerai sans problème cette location à mes amis en tout point conforme à sa description sur le site. We took evening strolls over to the colosseum (about an 7 min walk)and grabbed gelato on the way! Several super markets fairly close as well. We felt safe and secure and the apartment had great space and was very clean! The outdoor space was lovely at night, but no view. We only stayed a night, but we were able to get to the Vatican, Colosseum and Trevi fountain all from 4pm- midnight after our arrival. The apartment was very clean and as described in the listing. Martina was great with communication and check in was very easy. There is a binder with details on everything in the apartment as well as recommendations on things to do in the area. Our flight was in the afternoon and Martina was great with letting us check out a little later and store our luggage until we needed to leave. I traveled with my husband and young toddler, and it had everything we needed! It was a great base away from the hustle and bustle of Rome and not too far from many iconic places- we were able to walk to all of them. The location is peaceful and close by to excellent food (including pizza, pasta, shawarma, Chinese food- excellent options for all different cravings you might have). Also walking distance from a couple of great supermarkets and coffee!The apartment itself was very clean, spacious and overall excellent!! Martina provided wonderful guides, the apartment was stacked with books and so much more.
