« The property is very nice and great for a short stay. I’d give 5-stars but our ac didn’t work and there isn’t anyone that works the desk so we couldn’t report it. Right on the square and close to a lot. We will stay again. »

« Stayed here because it was convenient to where I needed to be in Washington. Room smelled strongly of cleaning product / disinfectant. I wondered if there was some sort of problem in this room prior to my arrival because another guest staying there did not have this problem in their room. The six postage stamp sized pillows on the bed were a joke. There is NO drawer space in these rooms, and on my arrival there were only three hangers in the room. « They have an additional requirement of $100 deposit upon check in, which was unexpected. The hot tub is closed the elevator is broken and the staff is lazy and closed the pool instead of cleaning or restocking towels. The fire alarm went off most the night and the front desk staff’s response was to just turn up the already very loud lobby music instead of address the faulty smoke detector/fire alarm. »

« Onsite bar and tiny area to buy snacks which is convenient. Sometimes filled with loud kids for baseball tournaments but not always. The bed was comfortable. ZERO housekeeping which is ridiculous. Ask for towels for day #2 on check in because YOU will be responsible for getting them yourself. »

« Trash and children’s toys in the parking lot. Front desk staff barely spoke English which made checking in difficult to say the least. The room had a smashed in door. The beds comforters had huge holes in them. No vending. Overall, not impressed. Would not recommend. »

« The room was large. The shower drain didn’t drain well so it pooled up. Furniture in the room was tearing and torn up. Overall a clean budget hotel. »

« The furniture in the rooms and lobby was torn and stained. Bathtub stoppers were disabled and not able to bathe the children. Staff was not offer any solutions just stating under new management and renovation staff was very dismissive to the customer concerns. Observed staff do the same to other customers. I encouraged customer to write a complaint. Staff would not provide information to corporate. We came for the 4th of July our best ti.e was being away from the hotel. »
